In April of 1995, police officers observed an un-cooperative handcuffed man that was being beaten in the back alley of the casino. The property later connected with the places mentioned above and changed to a massive European-style facade.

On January 1, 1992, Tom Elardi bought both the Travelodge and the Nob Hill Casino and connected them into Casino Royale.
